This cauliflower has a very uniform head. The buds stay white even in bad weather conditions. Vegetables preferring a cool climate, rich, well-drained soil that retains moisture. When the head forms and reaches 5cm (2") in diameter, tie the outer leaves together to surround the head until maturity. Ideal raw, steamed or pickled. Perfect for freezing.

For an early harvest, start seeds indoors 5-7 weeks before planting outdoors. Can be sown directly outdoors. Sow 2-3 seeds together every 30 inches. When seedlings are 1 inch tall, thin to 1 plant.

Space between rows: 60cm (24")
