Tolerates hot weather. One of the most heat-tolerant varieties of broccoli, it can handle hotter summer conditions better than other varieties and performs well in cool fall conditions. This hybrid is very uniform, with high quality 8" domed buds. Ideal for cluster and crown cutting. Mildew resistant.
Flavor : Herbal and earthy flavor
Preparation ideas : Remove the flower heads from the thick stems. Rinse with cold water and place in a microwave-safe bowl. Add 2 to 3 tablespoons of water and cover the bowl with a plate or plastic wrap. Microwave on high power for about 3-4 minutes until the broccoli is tender. Drain the remaining water from the bowl and season with salt and pepper if desired.

Plant directly outdoors or sow indoors 6-8 weeks before the last frost. Keep moist and fertilized
